              Programa de Autodeterminaci\u00f3n de la CPI (SDP)
              <\/b><\/p>

              Brindamos capacitaci\u00f3n integral y apoyo de facilitadores independientes en torno al Programa de Autodeterminaci\u00f3n de California, guiando a las familias a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de Planes Centrados en la Persona (PCP), Presupuestos Individuales y Planes de Gastos. ICC tambi\u00e9n ofrece una capacitaci\u00f3n de Facilitadores Independientes (IF) de 3 d\u00edas para aquellos que buscan guiar a otros a trav\u00e9s de este camino que cambia la vida hacia la autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Las integradoras se someten a extensos programas de capacitaci\u00f3n y empoderamiento. Este conocimiento les permite interactuar con las familias de forma informada y compasiva.<\/p>

                • Conocer a las Familias Donde Est\u00e9n<\/b>:<\/li><\/ul>

                  Creemos en atender a cada familia desde su perspectiva, reconociendo sus circunstancias y desaf\u00edos \u00fanicos. De esta manera, podemos identificar y abordar las m\u00faltiples barreras que generan disparidades dentro del sistema de Centros Regionales.<\/p>

                  • Orientaci\u00f3n Entre Pares<\/b>:<\/li><\/ul>

                    Las Integradoras act\u00faan como iguales, brindando orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo a las familias. Las acompa\u00f1amos en cada etapa del proceso, asegur\u00e1ndonos de que cuenten con la informaci\u00f3n y los recursos necesarios.<\/p>

                      Nuestro objetivo final es doble: garantizar los servicios y apoyos necesarios para las personas con discapacidades intelectuales y del desarrollo y brindar apoyo constante durante todo el proceso.<\/p>

                      Nuestra\u00a0Comunidad <\/i>ICC Cafecitos<\/i>\u00a0son reuniones virtuales semanales a trav\u00e9s de ZOOM que re\u00fanen a personas con discapacidades, familiares y\u00a0Integradoras<\/i>\u00a0para compartir informaci\u00f3n, construir comunidad y encontrar soluciones a desaf\u00edos de la vida real. Nuestros Cafecitos ofrecen un espacio seguro para el aprendizaje, el apoyo y la acci\u00f3n colectiva, con acceso regular a actualizaciones, recursos y ponentes invitados de los sistemas de atenci\u00f3n pertinentes.<\/p>

                      Navegar por el sistema del Centro Regional, y los muchos otros servicios que apoyan a las personas con discapacidades intelectuales y del desarrollo, a menudo puede resultar abrumador, aislante y complejo. Es por eso que ICC organiza nuestros Cafecitos Comunitarios semanales, un espacio de confianza para la conexi\u00f3n, la orientaci\u00f3n y la fortaleza de la comunidad.<\/p>

                      \u00danase a nosotros todos los jueves a las 6:00 p. m. en un c\u00edrculo virtual informal y acogedor donde familias, autogestores y l\u00edderes comunitarios se re\u00fanen para compartir historias, hacer preguntas y aprender unos de otros. Cada semana ofrece nuevas perspectivas, oradores invitados y actualizaciones sobre los sistemas que impactan nuestras vidas.<\/p>
