Prepare Participants receive guidance on orientation requirements, documentation, timelines, and transition planning. Plan Families are supported through person-centered thinking and planning processes that focus on the individual&#8217;s goals, strengths, preferences, and vision for the future. Build Participants learn about budgets, spending plans, service options, and community resources available through SDP. Launch Families transition into SDP with confidence, support, and ongoing access to community resources and peer mentorship. VMRC SDP Expressway Pilot Program ICC is proud to partner with Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) in implementing the SDP Expressway Pilot Program.
