Our mission is to strengthen the quality, professionalism, cultural responsiveness, and accessibility of Independent Facilitation while expanding opportunities for Latino communities and other historically underserved populations. Inspired by the growing need for culturally competent support within the Self-Determination Program, THE CALIF serves as a collaborative network where Independent Facilitators can learn, connect, share best practices, and grow professionally. Our work aligns with the principles of self-determination, person-centered planning, community inclusion, and ethical
