ICC Volunteer Program

The heart of the Integrated Community Collaborative (ICC) has always been powered by people—families, self-advocates, and community members who believe in equity, dignity, and opportunity for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our Volunteer Program is an extension of that heart.

Volunteers are essential to ICC’s statewide impact. Whether helping with events, supporting trainings, sharing resources, assisting with translations, or providing peer mentorship, our volunteers bring compassion, energy, and cultural understanding to every corner of our work. They are vital partners in helping ICC meet its mission to empower, its vision to include, and its commitment to advocate for meaningful systems change.

We honor and thank our current volunteers for their incredible dedication and spirit. Your time, voice, and presence are shaping lives and creating a more just and inclusive California.

We warmly invite new volunteers to join this growing movement. As an ICC volunteer, you will:

  • Be part of a culturally rooted and community-driven network;
  • Receive training and guidance to support families effectively;
  • Help bridge gaps in systems of care through advocacy and outreach;
  • Experience the joy and fulfillment of giving back in a tangible, lasting way.

This is more than a volunteer opportunity—it’s a call to action. Together, we can build a stronger community where no one is left behind. ¡Únete a nosotros!

If you’re ready to support, uplift, and walk with others on their journey, we welcome you to be part of the ICC volunteer family.

Become a Volunteer!
